Billing questions

What counts as a lookup?

Every address that reaches company matching counts as one lookup. Free webmail addresses (such as Gmail or Outlook) and addresses with invalid syntax are not billable.

Do I pay to check the same address twice?

No. If you check the same address again within 30 days you get the cached result, marked cached, and it is not billable.

Do prices include VAT?

No. All prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Plans are monthly with no minimum term, and you can cancel from the billing page in your dashboard at any time.

Is there a free option?

Yes. The free plan includes an API key, the dashboard and a monthly allowance of lookups, with no card needed. You can also try 3 checks a day on the homepage without an account.
